General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and sale of electric two-wheelers offered by Nexgen Vision Motors India Pvt. Ltd. By placing an order through our website or authorized channels, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. Nexgen Vision Motors India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the latest version available on our official website.
Payment Policy
All payments must be made through authorized payment methods, including UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and EMI options processed via the PayU payment gateway.
An order shall be considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization and receipt generation. Any applicable taxes, duties, bank charges, processing fees, or statutory levies shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.
Vehicle Dispatch & Delivery
Upon successful order confirmation, the dispatch process will commence within 7 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 15–20 business days from the date of dispatch, subject to logistics and regional conditions.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Nexgen Vision Motors India Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Once the vehicle has been handed over to an authorized logistics partner, the courier's proof of delivery shall serve as final confirmation of delivery. Cancellation of orders or refusal to accept delivery after dispatch will not be permitted.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch initiation. No refund requests will be entertained once the vehicle has been dispatched. Only in the event of payment failure or duplicate payments, refunds will be processed per PayU’s refund guidelines. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed back to the original payment source as per RBI regulations. Under any circumstances the repair shall be done as per warranty policy if so.
Warranty & After-Sales Service
All electric vehicles are covered under the standard warranty as specified on the official website and warranty documentation provided with the vehicle.
Warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid purchase invoice.
The warranty shall become void if the vehicle has been subjected to:
- Misuse or negligence
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Accidental damage
- Improper maintenance
- External factors beyond normal operating conditions
Chargeback Policy
Chargeback requests shall be governed by PayU's policies and applicable RBI regulations.
Customers must initiate any chargeback request within the time limits prescribed by their respective issuing banks.
Chargeback claims relating to unauthorized transactions, duplicate payments, non-delivery, or defective products must be supported with valid documentary evidence.
Nexgen Vision Motors India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to contest invalid or fraudulent chargeback claims by submitting relevant documentation, including invoices, payment records, dispatch details, and proof of delivery.
Any fraudulent or malicious chargeback attempt may result in legal action as permitted under applicable law.
Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution
The liability of Nexgen Vision Motors India Pvt. Ltd. shall be limited to the extent of the applicable product warranty and shall not extend to indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or purchase of the vehicle.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or any transaction shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
Customers may also seek assistance from their issuing bank for payment-related disputes in accordance with PayU's dispute resolution framework.
Compliance with RBI Guidelines
All transactions processed through UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, EMI facilities, and payment gateways are subject to the rules and regulations issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).Customers are responsible for completing all mandatory security verifications, including OTP authentication and bank validation procedures.
Any violation of applicable RBI regulations or misuse of payment systems may result in transaction failure, cancellation, or legal action as permitted by law.
